TP Technique control: We assigned experienced processing and production
person to take part in mold design to ensure mold design plan meets
the techniques need. For the key parts of the mold, we make detailed
processing techniques’ card and after evaluation to make standard
flow chart before starting, and then strictly processing according
to the drawing and techniques. With reasonable techniques control,
advanced facilities and Jig and fixture, we can ensure the precision
of mold, ensuring the consistency and changeability of cavity mold
parts.
TP mold Schedule control: With Skilled engineers’ team, we make
detailed develop plan before starting, and then supervise the process
and inform the progress to customers accordingly. Each department
(Design, Processing, and Manufacturing) allocate resources and make
production plan according to overall plan, supervising the process
to make sure to achieve on time.
TP Quality control: We have got ISO 9001 certificate, and implement
it strictly in our quality control system. Besides, we have CMM
three-coordinates measuring machine, projector and other advanced
testing machines. We take full inspection for our products, and
for defective product, we strongly adopt “accept no defect, manufacture
no defect, deliver no defect” policy. The final measurement result
will be filed and delivered with the mold as data for checking.
